Default ggrrr.. still slipping in reverse

The good news is that a lot of the noise from the trans was the flywheel rubbing on the front of the dirt cover ,it still ticks when in gear though. The outside adjustment for the trans does not seem to do any adjusting at all, does any one know if doing the inside adjustment will help with the slipping. Is it possible to change out the reverse band without pulling the whole trans back out? going forward is great but I wonder if it could be out of adjustment as well and can you hurt it by driving it? I have never torn an automatic apart? I am just driving it for now as I am getting behind on some of my jobs, I just don't want to make it worse.

thanks steve
