Default Differences between 318 magnum block over the years?

Just been looking into gaskets and such for my '97 318 Magnum engine, and I have been noticing different parts required in terms of gaskets in comparison with the '95 318 Magnum. I only know the part numbers are different and not much else, so I am wondering if anyone knows what was changed and what evolved over the years? For example, the exhaust manifold are different. I am wondering if this is due to the way the stock exhaust hooks up to them or if it is the way the manifolds hook up to the block? THanks.

The major gaskets will be the same in between the years. Yes the part numbers will be different, but they are exactly the same. If you buy new gaskets from autozone or any auto parts stores most boxes will say what they fit and all the years. Yes 92-93 exhaust manifolds are better then 94-up. I was out of town so I saw this and couldn't respond. That is a great resource. Thanks.
