2nd or 3rd gen nerf bars on a 1st gen

I want to put some nerf bars on my '93, but westin and the other company's don't make them for our generation of truck. Does anyone know if the latest ones will work, or how far off the mounting points are?

Don't know. But anything is possible. If possible go look at some at your local auto accessories place. Take some messurements.

If it isnt an exact fit and you have some welding skills it is doable. I like fabbing stuff for the first gens, looks good.

I'm thinking about going to the stealership and measuring some of the brand new ones as to where their body mounting points are. Either that or I may call Westin or one of the other ones and talk to them about it.
