What's different on LE trim?

On my Dakota, 1993 4x4 club cab V6, I'd like to know what's the difference between the LE trim and the base because mine has nothing electric, no A/C, no leather seats, the only thing i could think of is the chrome door handles.
i think there are no sport neither S in the club cab.
Thanks

At first I guessed that LE was Limited Edition, or Luxury Edition. I thought that they were the loaded ones. That is what I got and I got all the options, (all electronics) offered besides 4wabs, I got the stock rwabs. But some don't have everything. Now I guess it might just be trim. The rubber trim with the tailgate reflective lettering. I don't know. Or it might be the Club Cab modles only. In 94 or 95-up they have SLT. Which who knows what that one stands for. And I believe it replaced the LE. The sport models are the ones with painted bumpers and grill. I personally don't like that look. All I know is if you look up the Blue Book value it goes up if you select ether option.

Mine is an LE and I have everything. The only thing I dont have is electric seats. My windows and locks are.

I have the stock list sheet for my truck....Ill find it and repost what packages are separate

Mines an LE and it has the chrome set up on the body, chrome lining or what ever its called around the wheel wells, the head and tail lights the bumpers, probably some more i didnt name, on the inside though it really isnt to special, ive got A/C but i dont have power windows, locks, seat, dont know at the moment what else was available

I just remembered, i dont know if other packages came with (probably did) but mine also has the tilt steering wheel and cruise control

I think your right. I think LE is Luxury Edition, and in '94 it changed to the SLT (like you said Crazy, who knows what it means), which are both the top of the line model for their time period. My truck is the SLT (hense my username :P), and the only 2 options it does not have are towing package (took care of that one myself with towing coilover shocks and 9.25 inch rear axle with a LSD) and 4WALB (I've only locked the front once since getting the bigger tires... they do a pretty good job of not locking).

*EDIT*

I did a google search for meaning of SLT... if you guys want a few laughs, read this thread...

Well the way I understand it is that all they are are trim packages and has nothing to do with options. I think the higher level trim packages have more options available than the base models, but that doesn't mean they were installed. The trim package refers to things like mirror choice, fender flares, body side moldings, paint scheme, decal choices.

For example, my truck is the SLT, and came with body side moldings, fender flares, 6x9 mirrors, and 2 tone paint job (even though I put on new fender flares, removed the ugly side moldings, and got rid of the ugly 2 tone paint). My truck also has the 2 bucket seats with center console, all power options, A/C, and Tachometer... but only because those were options that could be added to the SLT package. I don't believe the bucket seats were options for the base and sport models, I also don't belive power options or the tachometer were available on the base model... correct me if I'm wrong.

My 90 LE extended cab came with on frills. Crank windows, cloth seats, CD/radio, non eletric adjust side mirrors, no cruise controll, small stainless trim around the fenders.
