It didn't change too much. I have no Cat and a 40 series flowmaster, so the sound was is still is pretty much set by that muffler. It is a little more throaty though.

I wish I could afford a set of the gibson headers. I just got a cheap set of summit brand headers (actually made by pacesetter). I've actually had them for about 3 months now, just haven't had the time to install them cause of school. When I get the 408 done and in the 2wd, I'll try to fit in a good set of long tubes.

so are you running single exhaust or dual?

do the summit headers use the stock Y pipe?

Single exhaust and yes, they use the stock y pipe... makes installation very easy! They also came with a gasket and full set of bolts, including the header to y-pipe bolts.
