The death of a dodge
In what specific ways?, and do they all use the same basic suspension set up since 87 or am i going to have to modify it?
The V8 springs are heavier to compensate for the extra weight of the motor and some for the heavier transmissions behind them.
Every spring has a compression rate, ie it will compress so far under a certain load. If you put a v8 on a v6 spring its going to compress it farther than it was designed to go. You may bottom out your shocks, but I would be more worried about ground clearance unless you want to lower your truck. In which case.....you should be fine.

Yes but i would need the V8 springs because i dont want the front end sitting lower actually i want to raise it higher than what it is now because its sagging in the front compared to the back by about 2 inches, But will i also need V8 shocks?, and Will the handaling be the same?
