I need some pics for ideas from some of you that have chopped your fenders. I need to for tire clearance and also as rust surgery. I plan to cut then weld a piece of light flat stock in the opening so I can drill holes and mount fender flares.

 

Here is a pic of mine. I cut it before I installed the lift keys . Now that I got the lift keys I don't need that clearance but oh well. Here

Lol, yeah, I cut mine to clear the tires before the body lift, but now with the body lift I don't need the clearance either.
