Take one of the ones you have out and go buy ones 1" longer.

You can just take yours off and get the right thread type, then add an extra inch on its length. You can go to most autoparts stores, or dealer parts any and pick up bolts. Home Depot or most home hardware stores. Napa is one that sells grade 8 in most of its stores.

For the 3in you will need to cut and extend the steering shaft and the shift linkage, maybe more. For more info you can check at this site.

ya, well I already had the pucks drilled to be put in to make the 3" body lift, but the shop called around and couldnt find any to fit.. so thats why I was wondering.
as In the steering shaft and linkage im aware of all that. THe 4wd shifter is already extended and everything for it.
as in the front bumper.. and hints to bring that up?

Probably easiest to make a bracket. Decently thick flatsteel would work I would think
