Default R/T Rims and Tires

I have recently come across some 17x9 r/t rims. I have 96 Dakota 2wd. I was wondering what size tire I would have to run with these rims without scrubbage. I dont wanna go to low pro. Thanks

Low profile will probably be your only choice. Use a tire calculator to figure out what size you want. http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

Nice find too. I was looking for a set of those rims for a while before I decided to swap axles.

Hey Bad96_3.9 how'd you get the front center caps on your truck? The dust shield prevents mine from snapping on.

A small hint is like you said once just hammer it down. Or get the dust covers that go over the spindle housing. Like these ones. I bought some from napa. http://drydockboat.com/Products/Boat...ector-Bra.aspx

You have to cut the tip of the spindle and shorten the dust cap.
