ok so previously i was gonna v8 swap the truck and make me a little drag toy. but i recently found a camaro for that so the truck is gonna get a different treatment.

its a 1992 v6 2wd ext cab model. i want just a body lift and a leveling kit. anybody know of some? i cant find any anywhere maybe i am not looking hard enough idk. also i want to get a locker rearend so it is not entirely useless being i live in corpus christi and the beach is just a short drive away. any recommendations on the rearend?? and i want to keep the stock "sawblade" wheels but i need to get some all terrain tires on them what is a good size for those wheels.. also where the hell can i get some centercaps for these wheels

and then later down the road i want to get a replacement front and rear bumper. do they make bull/brush bars for these trucks??? and maybe a roll/light bar since i do some fishing here on the coast...

any help info would be great i dont have access to a comp all the time so research is limited for me so help out a fellow dak owner if u would

The for lift ideas check the FAQ2 in this section. For lockers you got a few choices. For the links check the FAQ2. As for tires it depends on what size you wanted. 31's with the lift. For brush guards not to may choices but a few, again check the FAQ2.

yeah im looking over that faq right now. im not very good with technical numbers i know dick about differentials i have been working on fwd vehicles all my life. i just am tired of this truck gettin stuck in the sand or mud when i go fishing! i had a diesel f250 with decent all terrain tires 2wd before this and it never got stuck so i am lost lol

i have 225/75/15 on my truck right now but they are just street tires so i was lookin on the faq is 235/75/15 the largest i can put at stock height without rubbing i was hoping to be able to clear a 30" tire at least... even with a little rubbing i could tolerate that how much would it rub do you think?? its about a 1 inch difference in width and height..

Yes it will work. You will just need to cut your steering shaft and weld in a spacer into it.

You can try the OEM sites we have listed in the FAQ2. Or Junkyard.
