Default Power windows won't work!

Hey guys, I am a newbie to the dodge truck thing, so I have an issue I figured could get helped out here.

I have an 88 Dakota, and my power windows wont work. I have checked for power at the fuse, it gets power. It has power all the way to the motor, and the switch is sending power when you push it. So I figured both of my window motors were seized, and went and bought 2 new ones. Put them in, and nothing. It is still getting power to the motor, but nothing happens? Any ideas? I am so frustrated with this!

Sounds like a wiring problem. Check the FAQ for wiring diagrams. Trace them all out. Check for positive and negative. Check your ground source.

Did you purchase brand new motors or new to you from the salvage yard? Are you sure the replacement motors work? Your post states that you are still getting power to the motors. Did your motors work then stopped, or did they never work? Could just be a bad ground wire like Crazy4x4RT said.Well a wiring problem anyway.
