Default Stalls When Restarted

My parents bought a 92 dodge dakota new. They gave it to me when they bought their new dakota. It's been a good truck but during the last couple of days it stalls when you shut it off and restart it.

I can start the truck run it from 30 seconds to a few hours and no problems. But as soon as i shut it off and try to start it, it will start but then it stalls out. I can press the gas pedal and keep it running around 900 rpm and shift it into gear and feather the gas until i am up to 10-15 mph and then it is fine again until i shut it off. If I let the truck cool between starts 1/2 hour to a hour. It wont act up at all.

As i said all and any maintance has been done on the truck. The Radiator, cap, rotor, plugs and wires were replaced during the summer.

Thanks for any help on this issue.

Sounds like it is the IAC Idle Air Control valve. It is a typical problem on these engines. Just replace it.
