A SAS (Solid Axle Swap). From factory it came with IFS (Independent Front Suspension). The solid axle you got under the truck is not stock. Someone custom installed it.

That truck is sweeeeet!!!! Definately take pictures of the front axle setup. It looks from those pics to be a ladder bar setup with coil springs.?

There's no telling with that set up, but the factory Dakota 3.9L V6 5 speed Club Cab with 3.90s can pull 4,900 lbs according to the FSM.

the most i am going 2 tow is like 1 ton if that. i forgot this was my other truck i had before my prelude.
thats why i got this truck cause i miss having a truck that i can do whater i want with and go wherever i want

Oh, you're set then! 35s and 4.56s are 4% difference on the high side of factory tires with 3.90s, so you're still over 2 tons by factory specs.
