Im fairly new to this site but I am looking for some info.

I need to remove the axle nut on my 1993 dakota 4x4 but I not sure what the axle nut size is? I need the size to buy the proper socket for it. Looks to be around a 1 1/4? Or metric? Not sure.

(front end hub and suspension is stock)

I could pull the retainer nut and cotter pin, then measure the nut but I dont want to start the tear down and also buy the socket till I get the right info. Any help much appreciated! I want to start on this tomorrow.

 

It is 33mm.

 

Thanks! Now to build the ball joint press haha... No one rents them around here and there is not much to building them.
