Default Transmission Slip

I have a 1994 Dodge Dakota V6 automatic.

Transmission has started slipping, so i changed the oil, pan gasket and filter, refilled the system with ATF+4 and it was fine for a few days and then started slipping again.

Any advice would be appreciated

Just might be time to replace the clutch packs they do wear out with time. Might try adjusting the bands. Would just tighten up a turn and see if it helps.

Is it an expensive job to do the torque converter or clutch pack?
