For the upper control arms:
I know for the 4x4's, new control arms are not made anymore. You can have the bushings pressed in/out though. I ended up taking mine to a shop and the guy had them done in no time, I messed with them forever and got no where, this guy had them done in a matter of minutes.

i guess that is what i will do is buy the bushings again... the bolts are purty rusted on mine sigh i guess i found the one thing on this truck that is a royal pain in the ***
