I have a 1990 v6 and I just wanted to ask if there are any differences I should be aware of from the 1995 version of the manual and my truck? I know they are both gen 1, but I wasn't sure if there were any differences I should be aware of? Just thought I would ask.

Yes there are. Different engines, different front ends, some wiring. There is an online manual you can access. That will have 90 specific info. The link is in the FAQ.
