yes slt. pretty well nothing in the cab of that truck is original. i have pictures of soft tops and my 89 sport and none of them match. 87-91 did not have bucket seats. the best you could hope for was a center armrest that would drop down. that may be a shelby dodge by the color.

yea the guy told me the previous owner installed the bucket seats w/ console, new stereo system, lowered it a little, rhino lined the bed, and it also has newer paint.

@318 - funny you mentioned the seats, he told me the driver side seat is loose and needs a new mount, so when I get around to doing that next year I'll take some pics (currently about to close on a house, so I'll be a little busy until the end of the year moving and everything)

and...the greatest part of all of this...in about 5 hours I'm going to pick this thing up for $1,700 ..i bet i could put on ebay tomorrow and get atleast 3-4k, but i plan to keep for a long time even if the motor takes a dump.
Sweet!!! Well stick around here!

That is a great price for that thing! Usually those convertibles go for a lot more like you mentioned.

I'm very much aware of that. I just didn't pay that close of attention to the pictures the first time around. My whole point in saying what I said was to ask for pictures of the seat mounts... nothing more.

don't get me wrong slt, i wasn't pointing out you missed anything, it's just the interior matches the seats and as far as i know they only came with a burgundy (deep red) interior. that means everything had to be swapped out and that would be a heck of a job. now that i think of it even a first gen shelby had the red interior.
please tell me i read that wrong and you meant it was slightly raised and not lowered.
not gonna sleep well tonight.
should add slt that after reading my posts i sound a bit cranky, sorry big guy.
at the time the flyers where getting there butts handed to them by pitts. not only that but the world champion steelers lost thursday night to the 1-10 browns. nobody loses to the browns! then throw in the raptors, they suck - AGAIN!
the only thing worse would to be a jets - knicks - mets - ranger fan.

No hard feelings mazda! I got nothing against you. We just seem to have a lot of differences of opinion! There's nothing wrong with a little bit of arguing in my book, so long as it doesn't get out of hand!

And I get what you mean about the color. Heck, I'd change it too if I had to look at that burdundy interior all day long....
