Default 94 Dakota V8 idleing low and dieing randomly

Hello, I have a 94 Dakota with the 318 V8 and recently I've noticed that my truck seems to be idleing pretty low. It will idle around 300-400 RPM when warm. Also today while driving to work in the morning I stalled out on my way to work (was in single digit temp. outside and was around 1/4 tank of gas) I think I might have been lower on gas then a 1/4 tank though because I went around a corner and it went down to just about empty. So that might have been that cause on the stalling. Although the idleing low has me concerned still. I just fixed a O2 sensor problem and now I have no Check Engine light on at all so there's no leads to the low idle. When it idles this low it seems to be smooth and it doesn't kill itself but I don't ever remember it being that low. Is there something that might be on it's way out that I should check out or something I should clean? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance guy.

The usual problem is the IAC Idle Air Control valve. Just replace it. They tend to get stuck.
