Default Real quick question

I have a 94 5.2 and want to know if intake manifold from a 97-03 5.9 will fit.

What (if anything) needs to be done to use it.

Yes it will work. Why are you going to do the swap anyway. Your not going to gain anything using a stock manifold.
The intake is exactly the same for 5.2's and 5.9's. The only difference your going to run into is the years. The only difference is there is no EGR hook up on the intake. So you will have to eliminate your EGR. And there is no divider plate inside the intake. There is nothing to gain by this simple swap. The only thing you can do to improve flow is modify it your self. Do a Kegger mod on it. Check the FAQ2 for a post on full detail on doing the Kegger mod. Which you can do to your stock one too.

It's a free manifold, and I'm going to mod it in my spare time and swap it over when it's finished. This way I don't have any Down time being how it's a daily driver and I work 6 days a week.

I'm going to check the FAQ now for a egr delete write up
thank you for the Info, if I wasn't busy at work I wouldn't had just asked a question I wouldve searched.

There is no EGR delete write up. Just need a plate to plug up the exhaust manifold EGR tube. Simple to make one. Just remember the EGR is to help with MPG and Emissions. If your city has emission laws it is illegal to remove it.

We have emission laws but I don't have a cat, so egr doesn't matter.

I'm assuming the egr bolts into the exhaust manifold/header?
