Default Engine Cleaning Tune Up?

vehicle- 93 Dakota 4x4 V6 178k automatic.

Every time I change my oil I like to do a engine cleaning and wipe everything down. I use seafoam and mopar combustion chamber cleaner to clean my engine.

I was just wondering if there is anything else I can do to keep my engine running good and clean?

My shop for my VW like to steam clean engines. I've been thinking of getting a steam cleaner for my engines. If anything is wrong, with fluids, you'll easily see it. Might want to do the same.
