earlier this morning my check engine light came on on my 4 cylinder 5 speed 91 dakota, it idling rough and cut out a few times, i checked the throttle body and gas seems to be pooling in the grooves on the metal top of the throttle body, and there is wetness underneath the throttle body, is this normal? the check engine light went off and it feels to be running normal

 

ive also only been getting about 10 to 13 mpg

 

I'm not at all familiar with the 4 cylinder engines, but just out of curiosity, what code did it give you?
