My name may soon be in it.....
I just bought an 89 Dakota, 137K miles, short bed, blown (up) 4 cylinder, 5 speed with new clutch, plus new tires, battery, ignition switch, and computer. Body is nice, as in no rust or dents, but paint is flaking, of course....
The tow truck will deliver it tomorrow. I should be shot soon thereafter.....
Plan is to part out the existing drive train, tow it to Logan, Utah, and drop in a 318, OD auto trans, and 8.25 3.55 sure grip axle, all parts that I already have.
