the good thing was it didn't happen to my truck
it happened to my 05 civic(its a gas mileage thing) but it NEVER showed signs of overheating at all.

it render the car unavailable till it is fixed and with 3 drivers in my family and 2 broken down cars...that aint very good

I had a 96 Detroit engine and had nothing but problems with a head leak. Come to find out Detroit installed the wrong head bolts. They came with 180ft lb bolts which should've came with 220ft lb bolts. Big difference. Would you believe those bolts were $28 a piece and there are like 15 of them.
