Default Better Exhaust?

Vehicle- 1993 Dakota reg 4x4 V6 auto 180k.

On my exhaust I have a Universal Catalytic converter and a quiet flow 3 muffler

Recently I got my exhaust rebuilt and welded on my catalytic converter. Anyway the problem is my Universal catalytic converter sounds like crap and vibrates through the cab even though it's not touching the frame. I should have never got an universal cat, so I was wondering where can I get a good silent catalytic converter because I'm having trouble finding better exhaust parts for my truck.

any suggestion?

Thanks

I have a universal cat on my truck right now cause I had to get it to pass inspection. It works fine besides robbing my engine of noticable high end power.

Its coming back off very soon though! I got a 3 bolt flange that I welded to my y-pipe so I could make the rest of the exhaust easy to remove. Now I will have an "inspection" exhaust that has a cat, and a performance exhaust system to put on the other 364 days a year.

My universal cat is a cheap piece of metal that ruins driving comfort.

How about Magnaflow cats?
