Sounds like a valve tap as best I can do from that audio.

You could try torquing down the rockers and seeing if that helps. Torque specs are in the FSM.

tried that its not the valves my dad says that his friend (who hasnt heard the sound ) says its a bad main bearing and thats bad im hoping its just the timing chain as quoted from the annoying tapping thread

A bad bearing is very possible, but I think I'd go with rod bearings rather than main bearings. Hard to say without taking off the oil pan and looking.

it sounds like a colepsed lifter if it was a rod or main bearing it would be a deper sound if im right the rockers are shaft mounted and have no adjutsiment the onlu place fore play is in the lifter
