Default All, THANK YOU!!!! A few added notes

Chris,
What the heck did they splice with, glue!!!!! No wonder we all end up with splice issues!! Ok, venting over with, she started right up. I can only hope the other stubborn people out there (like me), will just go straight to the splice. It really looked like they did a bang up job with the heat shrink and the internal rubber cement. It took me till today to accept the splice as an issue. Once again ,if I can ever help in any way let me know and if you ever see someone with this problem, tell them not to be stubborn like me. Send them my way, I will explain everything I did before listening to all the experience. Thanks for the link to the manual....

I'm glad you got it. The problem was with the type of solider they used. Cheep junk. Probably China made!
