They went into the wiring harness under the Fuse/relay box and fixed issues their, except for a couple of splices, one for headlamps and the other was to (?). Both are now repaired. Power getting to the relays where it should. Still nothing. Any help...?

At the risk of sounding ignorant, by no fire you mean no spark to the plugs?

If you are not getting spark to the plugs and do not hear your fuel pump when you turn the key, it could still be a splice under the distribution center under the hood. There are a few splices under there. Judging by your post one of the ones they repaired was for the headlights, right?

If your relays are being powered, and the coil is being powered, but none of the plugs are firing, then you have a bad coil wire, bad crankshaft position sensor, or bad computer.

Well, I hear no fuel pump pumpin'. All the splices under the relay box have been repaired and/or respliced. All relays have power. Haven't got into checking fire to the plugs and or coil. This is the THIRD time the engine would turn over but not run. the previous times I had a repair shop fix it and I'm getting tired of paying to have what seems to me to be the same problem fixed. SO....I guess the fuel pump not running would keep it from running, DUH? I'll get back when I check out these two items, spark and pump. Thanks for the help. Come back and see where I am in a day or two.
