Fastman Throttle Bodies
I was wondering if this Fastman TB would be compatible with my '95 Dodge Dakota V6 3.9L?

Yes it will work for yours. It will help but with out other performance mods the gains will not be as high.
A cheep upgrade for V6's is to install a V8's throttle body on it. To pick one up for a good price try you local junkyard or www.craigslist.org or www.ebay.com
