Does anyone know where one of these can still be inquired? Part # 9340. Any info would be great.

The 3in is discontinued. It is not sold anywhere. Your best bet is to search used places www.craigslist.org www.ebay.com

Or make it your self. Trailmaster sells individual spacers. Then buy the correct bolts. Easy. With the 3in you will need to modify the steering shaft, maybe more that that too compared to the 2in kit.

Also there is the 2in kit that is sold everywhere.
