Default finally done with replacing the engine

Okay finally after 4 years of sitting cause I did not want to fight with it (okay I was just being lazy cause I had my 02 dak) I got my new engine into my 88 dak she is doing great except for my one screw up of putting one bolt in to tight on the transmission pan (will be fixing that this weekend).
I took her out to the mud drags with less than 150 miles on her and took second place for v6 class. I would have won but I was slow off the line on my last run and lost by about 5 feet. Thought I would post some pics of it. I have turned the tb’s and added 31 tires onto it.
I do have the back of the truck sitting lower than the front for better hook up being as I did not have a set of swampers to run during the drags. I don’t know if I am going to change this though cause she is going to be my mudding truck so I can retire my 02 out of the hills the majority of the time.

If you do ever do a tire upgrade, and this is just a suggestion, but I would go with some type of super swamper tires from the Interco Tire Corporation. They sell for cheap, they are supposedly very durable (I know a couple people that have and love them), and they are great in the mud and dirt. They just might be your edge over the competition. Also places like JcWhitney stock a large selection of them.
