Post need help. checked EVERYTHING

1991 Dodge Dakota 5.2 V8 4x2 Club cab automatic with 196xxx miles
Its been overheating and I have checked all these

Timing
Flushed radiator and system twice
radiator caps
themostate (new and removed)
water pump
air filter
cleaned radiator fins
checked spark plugs
no oil in water or water in oil (head gasket)
no bubbles from combustion chamber (head gasket)
EGR

some things that caught my eye were

lower radiator hose contracts almost into a triangle when reving
and
the little metal tube on the radiator neck that the overflow hose clamps onto is broken loose and i am losing coolant there (gonna solder it probably tomorrow)

I would bet that maybe you have a clogged radiator and flushing it isn't clearing it out completely.

sounds like your lower radiator hose is bad if it is contracting when you rev the engine. They are not supposed to be soft enough to contract shut. That along with a clogged radiator making it suck closed.

The radiator hose dosnt cost that much. I would try replacing it and see what it does. IMO I would replace both of them if one is bad the other one may be on its way also. I had an old truck and the hose was bad and collapsing causing it to over heat due to poor flow.

upper and lower hoses!! I would try that before I spent any big amount of money on a new radiator or a professional system flush.
