New Mopar Performance computer
#21
We are in the Tech section, for Technical questions. The other section is General section, for General posts like look at my truck or tires. All sections now have 2.
I personally don't like it, but for the larger/busier sections it helps to separate it.
I am using Mopar High Performance PCM for 95 Ram Part number 5249546 See link below. As for a rev limiter, I don't think it has one or if it does its really high, I never hit it.
I would assume the Mopar HP PCM is flashable.
Are you sure the rev limter is your problem? Rev limiters keep the RPM's from going higher, it stops it completely at one spot. By you saying it falls on its face, it sounds like you loose top end power at 5,500. Or does it stop at 5,500 and doesn't go higher, put it in 1st 2nd ect to hold the upshift?
Flash $350
