Default Clutch pedal Adjustement

Hey is there a away to adjust the pedal engagement height? Because basically the clutch disengages and engages with the slightest pressure you put on the pedal. I don't know what kind of problem this is truthfully. If anyone has some insite it would be great appreciated.

Its a non-adjustable hydraulic clutch. By the sounds of it, you must be used to older cable clutches that require a lot more force on your part. Its like with brakes... first they had cable brakes, then hydraulic brakes, then vacuum assisted hydraulic brakes. Each time the brake pedal got easier and easier to push.
