I had a friend that has a 93 Dak 2wd and he did the same thing. He had to get on his breaks real hard and blew a wheel cylinder out on the rear. The lights came on and he didnt have much breaks. That may be something for you to check.
i had that same issue once... i let it go for a while, which was a bad idea, cuz from teh brake fluid the the shoes were messed up and now i'm waiting to scrape up some change for a rear brake and front pads.
btw i thought i mentioned this in the other thread? not entirely sure, i'm going to go check.
