Default 95 sport problems pls help

Hi I have a 95 sport 3.9L 4WD with a 5speed. It has about 236k miles and I've never had a problem as far as the truck running.
Recently I got new tires and had them all balanced but about 2 hours later the weight on the front driver tire flew off about 3 weeks later the truck started to shake pretty violently At About 65 mph. Violently enough to unscrew 3 of the 5 screws for my steering wheel. Over the last 2 months its gotten worse so it starts to shake at about 55. I replaced both front shocks mayb a month before this started and about a week after this started a friend noticed the driver side inner tie rod was bad so I replaced that. Also since I bought the truck a year ago, the inside of both sets of tires wore to the threads, while the outside still had plenty of tread.

Today, whenever I would brake in neutral, as I was coming to a complete stop, the motor sounded like it wanted to die. my abs light has been on since I bought the truck, I checked the fuses and there was nothing for the abs fuse to connect to.

And lastly, I noticed a few weeks ago, while running in neutral the oil pressure gauge would drop to L then would climb for the next 15seconds To H and then drop again. I was told it was normal for it to drop while turning, but not while sitting there holding the brakes.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated, this is my first vehicle and it has yet to let me down, even in 2 feet of snow this past winter. Feel free to reply with an email at blacksonic@gmail.com thank you

Did you ever get the wheels rebalanced after the weight fell off?

It sounds like you need 4 new ball joints, and you may as well go ahead and replace the other tie rods and idler and pitman arms as well. Then get a wheel alignment.

The oil pressure problem is an odd one. Usually when the pressure drops at idle, its because the pump is wearing out. But how is the oil level? You may want to consider running seafoam in the oil for a 30 or so minute drive and then doing an oil change.

I would say do what 95_318SLT says in terms of the front end, and to go a step further, I would say consider Moog ball joints from NAPA if you have the money. I got duralast once and had nothing but headaches.

The oil is weird, did it just start all of a sudden?

As far as stalling out or running rough when braking, I could be wrong, but I would start by cleaning the IAC in the throttle body. And check all of the vacuum hoses, make sure everything is sealing good and nothing has fallen off.
