Default got some new sounds that just don't sound right...

hi ya'll!

i've noticed these sounds for a while and just figured i'd put these out here incase anyone had a similar sound and fix.

ok, everytime i hit a bump my truck makes a slight squeaking noise but i think thats the right rear shock(sound comes from that direction...maybe even the leaf spring)

also when i hit a bump it sounds like i have plastic hub caps on my wheels(sounds just like my hondas do). not sure what is causing this. any ideas?

is it normal to hear the valves ticking with a small exhaust leak on acceleration?(i heard it before when the left manifold needed to be tightened, but to be on the safe side)

and when i'm driving it sounds like there is a piece of metal dragging on the ground(not dragging chain type of sound) if you take the emergency brake adjuster off the frame and let it drag on the ground while driving. thats what it sounds like(i did have it dragging for a while once) i know its not the adjuster because my parking(emergency) brake cable and components are removed for the new one to be installed(35$ for the cable at advanced auto parts)

since i put the new rear end in the shuddering has stopped but now in reverse and sometimes when taking off the back end jumps(literally) and the tires intermitently squeal(like they are trying to break loose). could it be from letting the clutch out to slowly?

as far as i can recall thats about it for now, i might have some more that i'm fogetting about but will be added

oh and i got folding mirrors for $10. love and hate them. love because they fold and they give me more of a view of my blind spots but hate them because i can't get around cars that are turning left/right anymore since they all swerve the opposite way before they turn(i.e. if they turn left they'll swerve to the right for no reason). and i got a non-dented door to paint up and replace my damaged one. i spent a total of $40 on the door and mirrors and the guy is holding the dash for me for 60$

What do you mean by the folding mirrors (or cars?) swerving?
