Default Bogging down...

Hey guys any opinions on this problem would be great. 92 2.5 5spd. Most of the time, my truck runs fine. Starts right up, etc. However recently it has been taking a few start ups to stay running when it is cold, we have had some problems with surging or a slow return to idle speed, and sometimes while cruising at highway speed I will feel a bogging down, kind of like a loss of power that makes it hard to stay above 45. This started out infrequently but has been getting more and more frequent, now it seems like every trip to the store is a struggle.

I have replaced the fuel filter, rubber fuel lines immediately adjacent to the filter, the fuel pump, and EGR valve and gasket. I pulled a plug and it looked to be in good shape, although the symptoms seem to me to indicate that my mixture is leaning out somewheres. I grabbed a propane tank and went looking for vacuum leaks, didn't find any but it is kinda hard when the truck won't idle for more than 15 seconds. Where should I go from here?

Thanks
