Default 95 Optional Gauge Cluster ??

I have a 95 4WD V6 3.9 with the optional gauge cluster. Problem is when I got the truck none of the gauges worked, last weekend i had to replace the valve cover gaskets. I had to move the wire bundles out of the way, after I was done and started it up to check for leaks my cluster lights came on like they are suppose to. Then the low fuel, low wiper fluid lights stay on, I know the fuel tank is full. Also only two of the gauges work, oil pressure and voltometer. Any ideas on where to look first or do first is greatly appreciated, I'm trying to make it my daily driver for winter.

Sounds like you got a wiring problem. I would say find out where the wires are for the fuel gauge light and see if it is shorting out somewhere. Good luck.

it's definitely shorting out somewhere, I took the harness off of the computer the follow the wires back to the cluster. when I looked at the computer pins they were a lil corroded so i decieded to put the harness back on and just see if i could wiggle the thing. Got in the cab and hooked the cluster back up, turned the key to on. Had to move the steering wheel up one notch and boom, ALL the lights on the cluster came on. So that's where I'm at now with it, I'll be working on it today after work.
