Default '92 3.9 Oil Pressure Sending Unit Location

Can someone tell me exactly where the OP sending unit is on my '92 3.9 V6? My light is on and I'm not getting any reading on my gauge. It's been like that since I bought it and I want to replace it if I need to. I had a '94 a while back but the intake on this one looks totally different.

It is on the right side of the distributer. You will need a deep 1 1/16 socket or the special tool.

if you can get hold of a crowfoot wrench in the right size you may be able to crack it loose.

i would definitely spray it down with something too. i did mine ince and the plastic part broke off. i just left it for later with the plastic piece off(before i joined the forum) and the next day the plastic/paper type seal between the plastice and hte metal broke and spewed oil all over the place. so i had it towed home and took a vise grips to it and it came loose almost instantly...which his how i got my aftermarket oild pressure gauge....
