I'm working with a 1941 Dodge pickup sitting on an 87-90 Dakota frame. It came with a 440 big block in it with stock style exhaust manifolds, but they have been rewelded to fit the exhaust inside the frame. Wouldnt be a problem if the drivers side wasnt cracked.

Anyone have a big block in one of these frames with headers on it? If we cant find something 'out of the box' we'll just find a shop around here that will make custom headers.

 

It will have to be custom. Big blocks never came on Dakotas. And no one is making big block headers to specifically fit it.
