ok i dont mean to be annoying on this subject but I did some reserch and found out that there is a company that makes a 2 inch lift replacement coil spring for the 2wd 2nd gen dakotas. know heres the thing know dodge and that they keep things the same for a while. Did Dodge change the coils from the 1st gen dakotas to the 2nd gen dakota 2wds? if not i could just slide these in no problom ? i would put new shocks in to but would i need bigger ones? heres the link. thanks for any help and sorry again for being annoying on this.

Same answer. The 2nd Gen will be closer but I doubt anyone knows. Just messure it!

I don't know why you want to make it complected. Just like the old saying KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). The spacers will fit without needing to do all of this.

And not to mention WAY cheeper. For new coils $100-200. For coil spacers $20.
