Getting Ready
God .... I hate winter. I've lived in SW Pa all my life and every fall when it comes time to put the bike away .... I ask myself why I'm still here.
So anyway .... I have a new to me 1995 Dakota 4WD SLT EXT. cab, 3.9, with 65k on the clock. The truck is in amazing shape. I just bought oil, an oil filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor button, and an air filter. Can you guys please recommend anything else?
I would also like to change the thermostat ... is it hard to get to on the 3.9? I've tried a couple of times to use the search tool without much success. I appreciate y'all sharing your knowledge.

Don't forget to keep a good shovel in the back incase you have to dig out some snow to get to solid ground. And you could lower your tire pressure some. If your tire likes 35 try 25. Just remember to fill it back up if you go high speeds. Tire chains are always nice to have. A locker, LSD would help too.
