93 3.9 transmisiom shakes

truck shakes when it shifts when in o/d it is fine when not in o/d any ideas where to start

Maybe a bad transmission mount.

do not think so only does it when over drive

further question; is this shake during the shift, or once the shift is completed, or both?

has the trans been serviced recently, (oil and filter change) or when was it last done?
