1995 dakota 5.2L 4x4

i have a question about the ring gear that is bolted up inside the limied slip differential. i have the differential out and i am getting to the spider gears. i tried taking off the bolts by going to the left how a normal bolt would and all 8 of the bolts snapped off. does anyone know if the bolts are reverse thread?? the tops of the bolt heads have an L on them and also a c next to it. any help apprecaited. thanks

 

Yes they are reverse thread on the ring gear. L is probably for left hand thread.
