Default 95 Lower Instrument Panel Module Removal?

I have every screw out of the lower right Inst. panel but it is stuck on the far right where the passenger kick panel is. I have removed the glove box screws also. It looks like there is a metal clip near the right side glove box light that is not letting go.

Has anyone had problems removing this? Do I have to remove the kick panel first? It doesn't say to do so in the 95 FSM. But then again, I noticed some idiot used glue on some of the screws underneath.Hmm.

Worse case I can strong arm it and hope nothing snaps.

Thanks for any input.

Nevermind... I yanked on it and the idiot who had it before had glued the rubber strip on the right side of the kick panel to the lower instrument panel.
