Unhappy 1994 dakota will not start " please help"

My 1994 dodge Dakota will not start. It does not have spark or power to the fuel pump. I have done the following and still it doesn't work. New computer, new coil, new pickup coil, new crank sensor, changed All relays, all fuses okay, wire under the control box is good, voltage at auto shut down relay 12 volts plug 30 key switch off and 12 volts at plug 85 key switch on. I have checked for broken wires. Any suggestions please???? Very flustered.

Does it turn over when you try to crank it, or is it completely dead?

Also, do you get a 'check engine' light when you turn the key to accessory?

you may have already done these steps, but worth mention.
1st, "no crank" can be from the neutral start switch
2nd, search all the other "no start" or "no spark" or "power to pump" threads.
3rd, download the FSM and wiring diagrams and start reading. (Factory Service Manual)
4th, double check for the harness splice problem(s). (ours had 2 bad splices)
5th, follow the checks and repost with results here.

(sounds like you have changed out lots of parts. my 1st instinct is there is a harness issue)

Red face 1994 Dodge Dakota

The truck does turn over with know problems. I have checked recheck the splice issue. No, check engine light comes on but it may not be working as I have never seen it light up. I purchased the truck a few months ago. I have check all the wiring where I can see and have not found any additional breaks. There is one sending unit to the side of the distributor that the connectors are loose. Could that stop the power from going to the pump and spark? I have the truck loaded and taking it to the mechanic i have spent way to much time on it.

Thanks, for all your suggestions I do appreciate it.

Check engine light is coming on, so that should mean that the PCM's good. Think it'd be one of your relays, since the spark and fuel pump power come from the ASD relay. Or any of the wires associated with them.
