Default 95 dakota engine redo

[/IMG][/IMG][/IMG] ,hi guys bought this dakota about a month ago, wanted to do just a valve job, ended up doing everything, did timing chain and tensioner , valve job, new water pump , all hoses,new rad, sensors, put spacer and V8 throttle body, put 1.7 roller rockers, new roller lifters, new starter,alt, nock sensor, wires,cap, pickup in disc,egr valve,also put new oil pump and main seal, she runs perfect ,plenty of power, had to drop the plugs down to rc9yc, still have to put the duell ex on, and change the fuel pump, cant tell what kind of milage iam gettimg ,only put 170mi on it yard saling, tom

Just did the same thing to my '95 but didn't add any performance goodies like you did. Pretty much the same truck except mine isn't an extended cab. Same 3.9, paint and wheels too!
I guess you got off lucky though. Both my heads were cracked and had to spring for new castings. Way too much money! Here it is buttoned back up.......................

evintho, i spent about 2,000 well worth it, i was going to buy a newer one, but would of still had to to do all the basics, fig since it was such a clean truck ,would spend the xtra money and do everything, even did the complete brake job,put 235-75x15 on too,, had a older toy picup, what a diff this truck is, very happy with the truck,
