As "misfitdakota_95" said, code 25 means "A shorted condition detected in one or more of
the idle air control motor circuits."

There are 4 wires that run from the computer to the Idle Air Control Motor.
The wires on the computer should be pins: 39, 40, 59, and 60.
There should be small numbers on the connector itself that say what pins are what (disconnect the battery, than disconnect the computer connector). But, here is the color is the wires:
39 should be grey/red
40 should be brown/white
59 should be violet/black
60 should be yellow/black.
The wires they lead to on the Idle Air Control Motor are the same colors.

oxygen454: thank you for your guidance!

misfitdakota_95 & dodgerules86: you two were right on!

He couldn't get to the bottom of it where he was so he drove back to Jacksonville last night (was worried engine would be damaged due to overheating, but it wasn't) and took it to the shop this morning. Two wires melted together. Easy fix, thank God. Easy with diagnostic equipment, that is!

Thanx for all the help!
