Default Defrost/mode door question

I was using my defroster this morning in sub zero temps and I noticed that only one vent was blowing out real strong(inside driver vent) I then noticed that a bunch of air was coming out of the floor vents. Is this normal, or is there something I can do to stop the air coming out the floor in defrost? FTR every other setting works as its supposed to, only have issues with defrost.

It may be the doors are not fully closing. Or the vents shifted, over time it is possible. If you have done any work under the dash maybe it wasn't put back right.
